Social distancing rules and state guidelines on group gatherings apply. ALL GUESTS MUST WEAR MASKS both inside and outside the sale. Our crew will also wear masks. Hand sanitizer available. Access to the house will be limited so that we can keep everyone at a safe distance. If you are unable to come inside, ask about curbside pickup or delivery.

We are hosting a total estate sale in the home of Raymond and Ruth Lacy. The Lacys enjoyed collecting and entertaining, and so we have a lot of glassware, teapots, costume jewelry (much from booths they had at jewelry shows), and Christmas decorations.
We also have a number of display and curio cabinets available, and two nice area rugs.
Among the collections:
- A HUGE collection of Ty Beanie Babies and Beanie Companions.
- Many snack plates and cups
- Teapots of every size, shape, and description
- A small but nice collection of Hummel (and other) figurines
- A large number of vinyl records, including LPs and (as a result of Mr Lacy having worked at Harding radio station KHCA) promotional (pre-release) 45 rpm records
There are also nice selections of vintage and antique furniture, a refrigerator, a large screen Sony television, some lapidary equipment, several desks and file cabinets, a large (and heavy duty) steel cabinet suitable for a workshop, and a beautiful, massive cable driven Ridgeway grandfather clock that plays Westminster chimes and has been keeping perfect time.
Come by and see what we have to offer. Even if you don't find anything you wish to purchase, you can take a few moments to enjoy the view of the lake out back and watch the geese play.
