This house is packed with furniture including 4 vintage sofas, one has matching chairs (2); chests, night stands, tables and more! 

Last Bedroom on left is a room full of fabric, sewing notions, large bags of batting, pioneer woman hand sewn hats/bonnets, sewing baskets, vintage sewing machines, 2 armoire’s, an extra rocking chair, 2 armoires, sewing books - it is a packed room!

Last bedroom on right has clothing, radios, pictures, clocks, decor - large & small - hats, suitcases, coats, night stand, large dresser with drawers at bottom and open area on top with doors, large dresser with 2 mirrors, lots of decor on dresser including great vintage lamp with phone attached.  Buffet piece, wall shelf, bookcases, jewelry chest, small tables, and more - 2nd bathroom is adjacent to bedroom with lovely heart shaped shelf with glass & more usable items!

Kitchen is first room you enter from carport door - it is full including vintage “seen on TV” items in original boxes, sets of dishes, Pyrex pie plates, various cooking items including cast iron, coffee cups, glasses sets, milk glass set of glasses with punch bowl, plus all kinds of specialty items including popcorn popper, sandwich makers, waffle irons and so much more!

Living room is just beyond the kitchen to left and the laundry room is behind the entrance door to the right - cleaning supplies, miscellaneous laundry items, additional kitchen small appliances. Floor slopes at beginning of washer to left in laundry room - please be careful when in that area!

The living room is where the two large sofas are located along with a huge wall of cast iron behind the platform stove - there’s a step up so be careful there too!  There are books galore (hundreds) both in the house & in adjacent area at end of carport!  There are book shelves, a TV cabinet, TV, stereo’s, lots of electronics,  2 matching chairs to one of the sofas,

 There are tons of VHS, DVD, LP's, cassettes, toys, clothing, purses, picture frames, gadgets, many cookbooks, sewing books, hard back & paperback books & smaller pamphlets!  Christmas items are scattered throughout as well as lots of collectibles etc! There is lots of Christmas in a shed outside in the backyard - plus three (3) other sheds with various outdoor equipment & so much more! 

Decor and small/large collectibles throughout the home - pictures on walls, 1st bedroom on left is almost completely full of linens, various sizes of sheets, pillow cases, decor items, more than you could imagine!. Lots of collectibles including items from Holland, figurines, wooden shoes - if you are looking for anything, we probably have it at this sale. The 2nd bedroom on the left has 

There are 4 buildings outside that are also full - one has great collection of cookie jars, Kenmore grill, camping items- too much to mention but also stand alone pictures   There was so much inside the house, we have moved many items into the back yard with bins of stuff setting on tables and some other items on tables in carport & along the fenced area by the carport!

2 Bathroom house and both are full of great useable items!  Bathroom on right has towels, hand towels, washcloths, some medical items. Also has various curtains & decor. There is also a laundry room off the kitchen with older, but very good condition washer & dryer - reasonable prices!  There is a refrigerator in kitchen also for sale.  This laundry has additional items along the wall and we also moved some items from kitchen onto a table in there too! Just a good usable items sale throughout the house, in the carport & outside!

 CHECK OUT WILL BE UNDER THE CARPORT - we have shopping baskets, hold tables, and assistance from our great crew to help you find what you need or want!  Just ask - We are always willing to help!

Customer Parking will be along the street but please do not block mailboxes or garbage cans - there is a school nearby so watch for children & buses after 3pm!   Let’s have a fun - safe sale!
