Pickup will be Friday September, 18th from 11:00 AM – 5:30 PM NOTE: PICKUP IN LITTLE ROCK AND NOT AUCTION HOUSE! All items MUST BE picked up during these times, no exceptions.

Currency Type: USD 15% Buyers Premium for Credit Card Users - 12% Buyers Premium for Cash

Payment Instructions: Accepted forms of payment are cash, cashier’s checks, wire transfers or credit/debit cards. All Invoices will be charged to Credit Cards automatically after the auction closes. IF YOU WANT TO PAY IN ANOTHER FORM OTHER THAN YOUR CREDIT CARD, YOU MUST LET US KNOW BEFORE THE AUCTION CLOSES.

Credit Cards are accepted for all invoices below $1,500. If Invoice is OVER $1500, then credit card will not be used as you must be able to pay in cash, cashier's check or wire transfer by the close of pickup day.

All orders not picked up become property of Memory Lane Auction and Estate Service, LLC and will be resold. Failure to make pickup date will result in forfeiture of items without refund.

Shipping available by request for this auction. Bidder must contact us to get approval PRIOR TO BIDDING if requesting shipping.

By bidding on property, the Bidder shows acceptance of the terms of the auction. Failure to make pickup date will result in forfeiture of items without refund.

All announcements made prior to the close of the Internet bidding take precedence over ANY/ALL written/verbal statements.

In no event shall Memory Lane Auction and Estate Services LLC be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, nor shall we be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the properties.

Memory Lane Auction and Estate Services, LLC provide an Internet auction as a service to the Bidder. The Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall the Bidder have any kind of claim against Memory Lane Auction and Estate Services, LLC or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly during the online auction.

Memory Lane Auction and Estate Services LLC will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy bidding feature and leave their maximum bid at least 24 hours before the auction closes. Memory Lane Auction and Estate Services, LLC reserve the right to refuse bids for any reason. All legal disputes will be settled in the state of Arkansas. Memory Lane Auction and Estate Services, LLC reserve the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction.
