The house is small so we will limit occupancy as necessary. *EVERYTHING MUST GO - prices marked firm on few select items, but otherwise no reasonable offer refused.* Cash only, no checks, first come first serve, all sales final. Buyer must bring help to disassemble/move heavy items; all items must be picked up by end of sale on Saturday. Not responsible for accidents.
