Bidding Terms & Conditions
1. Placing a bid is an agreement to purchase. If you win, you must pick-up your items or agree to the shipping arrangements.
2. If you default on your purchase, your bidding privileges will be revoked permanently. Do not bid if you do not plan to follow through with payment and taking possession of your item(s).
3. If you bid, you MUST be available, or arrange for pick-up of your items on the pick-up date unless you agree to the stated shipping arrangements under SHIPPING DETAILS.
4. You must bring the necessary tools and help for picking up large items. Items are sold AS IS WHERE IS. If dismantling is required to move the item, you must be prepared to accomplish it. Dismantling and Loading assistance is NOT available.
5. Invoices are emailed to winning bidders once the sale has completely closed. Full payment must be made by date/time listed on your invoice. You can pay via a PayPal account or on PayPal as a "guest" with a major credit/debit card.
6. If we do not hear from you by the payment deadline, your items will be resold or donated and your bidding privileges on CTBids (not just our store) will be revoked.
7. All items must be paid for before they are picked up or shipped. Items to be shipped will not be removed from the location without payment. If total payment is not received before the local pick-up date & time, the items will be forfeited and bidding privileges revoked.
8. The exact address of the pick-up will be emailed to you after you have paid, AND scheduled your pick-up time.
9. All items not picked-up during the scheduled pick-up time will be considered abandoned and will be donated or resold. No refunds will be made. A call out fee ($50) will be charged for pick-up arrangements outside of the stated pick-up date(s) and times.
10. A 15% Buyer's Premium will be added to the final bid amount when invoiced.
We have made every effort to describe lot items as accurately as possible. Expect normal signs of wear associated with antiques, vintage, and used items. We do not list every flaw. All items are sold AS IS WHERE IS. No refunds or returns. Caring Transitions does not guarantee the accurate working order of any clock, watch, electronic or mechanical devise - we will describe to the best of our ability.

We gladly accept cash, credit and debit cards. All sales are final. Caring Transitions offers no guarantees or refunds once the buyer leaves the premise.
