WE ACCEPT CASH & CREDIT CARDS WITH I.D.
1) Large items may be purchased and held until Sunday pickup. ID required.
2) All items SOLD AS IS, please plug in anything with a plug and examine everything without a plug carefully. Ask about items if you are unsure.
3) Thursday and Friday prices as marked. Saturday 25% discount. Sunday 25%-50% discount. Bids happily accepted. High bidders will be notified Saturday and Sunday afternoon.
4) Large items must be picked up by 4pm Sunday unless other arrangements have been made with the seller. Bring enough people to move heavy items as we are not staffed to help
5) Video surveillance is in use during the sale. Please do not bring large bags or backpacks...
6) Doors open at 9am. SINGLE LANE PARKING ONLY.. Please Do NOT to block driveways or mailboxes.
7) If you break or damage an item you may be responsible for the cost of the item. Please be careful.
8) No food or drinks allowed inside the house.
9) We are not responsible for accidents or injury inside or outside the premise.
