SALE WILL FOLLOW CURRENT CDC AND LOCAL HEALTH RECOMMENDATIONS:

* WE ACCEPT CASH & CREDIT CARDS WITH PROPER I.D.

1) If you wish to purchase a large item, ask one of our associates for a sold sticker. You are then obligated to purchase that item.

2) Be sure to examine all items closely and carefully before you pay for them. Remember all items SOLD AS IS, NO REFUNDS. We do not guarantee electronic items are in working order. Please test them in advance of purchasing the item.

3) Prices are not negotiable the first day of a sale, but discounts will occur over the course of the sale, after the first day. 50% off on the second day on all remaining items & 35% off furniture (Sunday).

4) Buyer is responsible for removal of large items purchased by two hours before closing on the last day of the sale, unless a prior arrangement has been made. With an advance, notice assistance can be arranged for loading larger items.

5) Please understand that if anyone is caught stealing, we will call the police.

6) Doors will open at the published time, not before.

7). If you pick up an item and decide not to buy, please place item back where you got it. If not, please give to an employee and ask them to put the item back where it belongs.

8) If you break or damage an item you are fully responsible for the cost of the item.

9) Please do not bring food or drinks into the house and do not leave your trash on the front porch.

10) We don't do Pre-sales or Give out Prices prior to the estate sale except for vehicles, trailers, and boats & fine jewelry.

Gorgeous Home Amongst the Trees in West Little Rock

-If you are coming from the Chenal area/ Kanis Road, turn right on Denny Road, Left on Ferndale Cutoff Road, Right on Garrison Road, Left on Nichols Loop, Left on Bandy Road, Left on Fernwood Road until it turns into Condor Road. (IF you find yourself in the Hawk Valley Road area, you are on the wrong side of the mountain. There is a gate that we do not have a code for).

-You may also follow Kanis to the town of Ferndale and turn R at the 4 way stop, then turn L on Garrison Road and continue following directions above.

-If you are coming from Highway 10/Cantrell, you will pass Robinson High School and turn Left on Garrison Road and stay on the road for approx. 4 miles. You will turn Right on Nichols Loop Road, Right on Bandy Road and Left on Fernwood Road..

We are the driveway down the right side. Parking will be on either side of the long driveway. We will have a parking attendant helping our traffic flow. Only Handicapped and Customers loading furniture will be able to park closer to the home as there is VERY limited parking there. We will set up times for our customers to pick up furniture when the traffic is down later on in the sale day.
