Auction Terms and Conditions TERMS OF SALE (unless otherwise noted or announced at live auction)

Everything will be sold "as is, where is". with no guarantees of any kind, regardless of statement of condition made from the auction block. We are providing as much detailed information as possible and will try to answer any questions when asked.

The Auctioneer reserves the right to accept bids in any increments he feels is in the best interest of his client, the Seller. The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject the bidding of any person whose conduct, actions, or adverse comments he feels are not in the best interest of the Seller.

AUCTIONEERS NOTE: If you do not come pick up your items during the designated pickup times then you will have forfeited your items and title will revert back to the seller. NO REFUNDS will be issued for abandoned items, no exceptions, If you know that you cannot come pickup your items on designated pickup date either make plans to have your items picked up or do not bid.

Buyers must come prepared and with plenty of help to load large/heavy items during the designated pickup times. We do not always have staff on hand that can help load your items.

Buyers waive any and all rights to initiate a credit card charge back against the transaction and/or the seller. ALL SALES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL AND ALL SALES ARE "AS IS, WHERE IS" NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.
