Sullivan Estate Sale

We prefer CASH ONLY at our sales. We will take credit card if absolutely necessary, but PREFER CASH. ATM located on site for your convenience. Otherwise, please plan ahead and bring cash for purchase!

DUE TO LIMITED SPACE - We will allow 20-25 people at a time. Friday and Saturday you'll enter through the front door at Hometown Kountry Marketplace, and will be directed to the back of the building. Sunday, from 10 am to 1 pm you will enter from the front and be directed back and no shopping of the flea market will be done due to store not opening until 1.

By attending, purchasing, or participating in any Reflection Estate Sales event, buyers agree to the following terms and conditions:

Sales Are Final

All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied. All sales are final. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or credits will be issued.

Inspect Before Purchasing

Buyers are responsible for inspecting items before purchase. Reflection Estate Sale makes every effort to accurately describe merchandise but does not guarantee condition, authenticity, age, completeness, or functionality.

Payment

Accepted forms of payment may include cash, credit cards, debit cards, and other approved payment methods. A valid photo ID may be required for certain transactions.

Hold and Pickup Policy

Items purchased must be removed within the designated pickup timeframe unless prior arrangements have been approved. Items left beyond the pickup period may be considered abandoned without refund.

Buyer Responsibility

Buyers are responsible for loading, moving, and transporting purchased items. Reflection Estate Sales staff are not responsible for providing labor, tools, packing materials, or transportation services unless specifically stated.

Safety

Buyers enter the property at their own risk. Reflection Estate Sales, the homeowner, and affiliated parties are not liable for accidents, injuries, or damages occurring on the premises.

Respect for Property

Please respect the home, property, and fellow shoppers. Children must remain under adult supervision at all times.

Pricing and Availability

Prices are subject to change. Availability is not guaranteed until payment is received. Reflection Estate Sales reserves the right to correct pricing errors and remove items from sale when necessary.

Online Auctions and Bidding

For online auctions, all bids are binding. Winning bidders are responsible for payment and pickup within the stated terms of the auction. Failure to pay or pick up items may result in bidding privileges being revoked.

Right to Refuse Service

Reflection Estate Sales reserves the right to refuse service or remove any individual whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate.

Agreement

Participation in any Reflection Estate Sales event constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
