Caring Transitions Of Central Arkansas

This week we are at a cute house located on Lake Conway. There is a workshop full of tools, a storage building, and a small boat house. It is worth the drive just to enjoy the lake view and fall colors.

Inside we have some rustic and vintage kitchen items including Lodge cast iron pot and cornbread fish mold, an island table with barstools that store away underneath. There is a pub dining table and chairs and an oak china cabinet. In the bedrooms we have two very nice full size beds with pillow top mattresses (excellent condition) and an antique vanity. We also have a Lazy Boy Lift Chair in excellent condition.

Outside there is patio furniture and a Kubota riding mower. The tool shed is full including bench grinders by Delta and Central Machinery, belt sander, and Ryobi drill press, power drills by Makita & Black & Decker, Craftsman Circular saws.

Lots of fishing gear, lures, poles, and a cooker.

Porcelain doll collection and much more!
