If you have never been to one of our sales - please DON'T MISS this one!  We are clearing out a house and out buildings as this family home has to be vacated by 9/25/17!   We are working on a short time frame and everything MUST GO!

We will open on Friday, 09/22/17, at 5:00 pm and remain open until 7:00 pm for early buyers.  We will then open Saturday, 9/23/17 from 10 am until 4:00 pm, and on Sunday, 9/24/17, from 10 am until 1:00 pm.  

An auction by Hobby Auction Services will begin at 2:00 pm until everything left over has been SOLD!!!   You must remove anything purchased at the estate sale before 2:00 pm on Sunday. 

Everything sold at auction must also be removed before the end of the day on Sunday, 9/24/17!  The new owners will be moving in immediately after closing & the house and grounds must be cleared of all items.
