Large sale in Downtown Pangburn

This is the estate of a lifetime collector and retired judge in downtown Pangburn. The sale will be held in retail space adjacent to the home, which has been sold. The estate includes an abundance of books, historical items, fly fishing items, vintage and antique furniture, men's name-brand outdoor clothing and gear (mostly Cabela's and L.L. Bean, size L). The owners traveled, read, gardened, and created. She made gallery-worthy art and sculpture from seashells. He wrote, designed jewelry and collected books, especially titles pertaining to the West, Native American history, military history, fishing, politics and biographies. There are many rare books and sets, including the 20-volume Writings of Bret Harte set. Furniture includes a barrister's bookcase, a 1970s rattan table and chairs, leather pieces, upholstered sofas, leather-topped end tables, a cedar chest, antique desks and workstations.

Some of the oldest high school sports programs we have ever seen will be sold, including Little Rock High School booklets from the early 1900s. There are packets of letters to a previous owner of the historic Boggs House in Pangburn, preserved since the 1920s.
