We are unable to accept phone calls. emails or texts prior to sale
No price request or sales prior to a sale
Homeowner and Vance Estate Sales are not responsible for any accidents inside or outside of property
We reserve the right to limit occupancy of the household at anytime if necessary
ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE PROPERTY BY CLOSE OF THE LAST SALE DAY IN A SAFE MANNER AS NOT TO DAMAGE PROPERTY
