Estate Sale in Cloverdale

Sale includes home full of furniture and household items, as well as separate building full of quilting and sewing materials. Seller was a master quilter, master gardener and worked in the fabric department of a large discount chain. Her collection of cotton fabric is extensive. In the main house are two complete bed sets with custom bedding, dressers and desks, bookcases, a dining table and chairs, a china hutch and sideboard, a small freezer, a console stereo and a newer (2018) leather sofa and leather rocker/recliner. Collectibles include vintage Tupperware, Western art, prints and jewelry, Pyrex, Corning ware and Correlle, Avon Cape Cod ruby red, silverplate, cast iron skillets, wood-handled knives, 1950s and 1960s costume jewelry, brooches, beads and shell collections. Also an extensive cookbook collection, gardening book collection, Santa collection and a file cabinet full of vintage sewing patterns. Preview sale 3/7 from 4-6PM for quilting/fabric shoppers.
