We accept cash and credit card payments through Square. No personal checks unless approved by sale manager. For most sales, you must bring your own labor to move furniture. On occasion we will have someone on site to help load. Items are sold "as-is" with no warranties. All sales are final. Discounting will occur at the seller's direction. We reserve the right to limit the number of people in the house and to pull items from the sale at any time, per our Client's instructions. We are not responsible for theft, accidents, injuries or mishaps. Please be careful when parking and do not block driveways. We do not ship, deliver or have a way to move items purchased. Please make arrangements on your own.
Cute house in the Valley Elms subdivision has plenty of dishes, glassware, kitchen electrics, picnic supplies and table linens because the owner liked to host friends on the patio. The Duncan Phyfe dining room table alone has three leaves and multiple sets of linens. There are three glass-topped patio tables. Inside: four matching pieces of Italian marble-topped tables, a lighted china cabinet, sofa tables, a sideboard and vintage/antique Federal style bedroom furniture. Also Imperial Candlewick glassware, Pyrex and Corning ware, oil lamps, vases, candles, hand-made quilts, wall mirrors and silverplate. In the garage are lawn and gardening tools, including two Craftsman leaf blowers, electric hedge trimmers, ladders, flowerpots and trimmers. Collectibles include two antique Singer sewing machines in wooden cabinets, a Thomas Kinkade "Lamplight Manor" painting, cast iron skillets, Marcrest stoneware, Hall lamps. There are tufted chairs, a Lane recliner, several bookcases and shelving pieces and more. There are no large appliances, guns, power tools, coins or precious metals for sale at this event.
