These terms and conditions govern your participation in the estate sale conducted by "the Seller."
All items for sale are sold on an "as-is," "where-is" basis. The Seller makes no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, regarding the condition of any items.
All sales are final
Payments are accepted in cash, zelle, or venmo. All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. Payments made through Zelle or Venmo must be completed before the buyer leaves the premises.
You must show a receipt at the exit if you buy items at the sale, similar to procedures at Costco or Sam's Club.
Buyers are responsible for the removal and transportation of purchased items. Please bring help to load large items, as there are no movers on-site, and packing materials for fragile items are not available.
The Seller is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during the estate sale. Buyers enter the premises at their own risk and are advised to exercise caution.
Entry to the estate sale is on a first-come, first-served basis.
The Seller reserves the right to inspect bags and packages upon entry and exit.
Any suspicious or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the premises.
Please respect the home and the property.

There are no pre-sales or early entry unless otherwise stated in the description.
