The fabulous pen has an enameled royal blue barrel, 22kt gold washed sterling bands and a two tone 18kt nib embellished with the Michel Perchin elephant emblem. The heirloom quality pen has several markings on the cap including the year of production, "1995", on the top. The ring around the bottom of the cap reads, "Michel Perchin 1633 / 4321 - 925 - Germany". This is what is called the MILLEFIORI PATTERN (MURRINE) There are various flowers of multicolored type, spread on glass surface of the round & bulged base of the sugar shaker.
