The front of the barrel locking key does have some tool markings from being disassembled for cleaning. The slide does not lock back with the current magazine that comes with the pistol. Created on a multi-layered piece of Pilgrim's cobalt blue overlay and carved back to a frosted amber / tan background. Elaborate scrolled figural leaves and love birds wrap around the entire circumference with special attention in the intricate detailing in the delicate ribbon border.
