Premises are monitored before and during sale for increased security and loss prevention. We are not able to give prices over the phone.
Entry to all our sales is always limited to the number that the home can safely and securely accomodate. We apologize if you have to wait in line but that is the nature of professionally run estate sales. We have an obligation to protect our client's home and contents.
Please be aware of your surroundings and others as we are not responsible for accidents. Park responsibly and respect the neighboring lawns and right of way. Driveway parking is for those loading furniture only.
We accept cash and credit or debit cards. All items sold "As Is" and "Where Is". No exchanges or refunds.
Please bring assistance to help you move or dismantle large items. We have dollies and small furniture rollers available for your use but you need to supply the muscle.
