Terms & Conditions
Cavender Estate & Business Services

Thank you for your interest in our estate sales and auctions. By participating in any sale conducted by Cavender Estate & Business Services, buyers acknowledge and agree to the following general terms and conditions.

1. All Sales Final

All merchandise is sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied. All sales are final. We encourage buyers to carefully inspect items, review photographs, and read descriptions before making a purchase or placing a bid. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted except as required by law.

2. Item Descriptions & Condition

We make every reasonable effort to accurately describe and photograph merchandise. However, all descriptions, measurements, ages, attributions, and statements regarding condition are provided to the best of our knowledge and are not guaranteed. Buyers are responsible for evaluating merchandise before purchasing.

3. Pricing, Payment & Applicable Fees

Accepted payment methods, applicable sales taxes, buyer's premiums, and other fees may vary depending on the sale format. Any additional fees or payment requirements will be disclosed in the individual sale listing or auction terms.

4. Online Auctions

All bids are binding commitments to purchase. Winning bidders are responsible for completing payment and arranging pickup or shipping in accordance with the terms of the specific auction. Failure to complete payment or collect purchased merchandise may result in forfeiture of items and restrictions on future participation, subject to applicable law.

5. Merchandise Pickup & Removal

Buyers are responsible for the timely removal of their purchases. Please bring appropriate packing materials, tools, equipment, and assistance necessary to safely move and transport purchased items. Our staff may not be available to assist with loading or dismantling merchandise.

All purchases must be collected within the designated pickup period unless alternative arrangements have been approved in writing.

6. Shipping

Shipping is available only for select items when expressly offered. All packing, handling, shipping, and related expenses are the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping availability and arrangements will be outlined in the individual auction or sale listing.

7. In-Person Estate Sales

All merchandise is available on a first-come, first-served basis unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to establish entry procedures, limit occupancy, and maintain a safe and orderly shopping environment. Please be respectful of the property, neighboring residents, and other customers.

8. Sale Changes & Merchandise Availability

Cavender Estate & Business Services reserves the right to correct listing errors, modify sale schedules, withdraw merchandise, or make reasonable changes to sale procedures when necessary. All changes remain subject to applicable law and any binding auction terms.

9. Safety & Property Access

Visitors and buyers are expected to exercise reasonable care while on sale premises and follow all posted instructions. Children must be supervised, and buyers should use caution when handling merchandise or navigating properties.

10. Contact & Customer Service

Our preferred and primary method of communication is email. For questions regarding merchandise, upcoming sales, auction registration, payment, pickup arrangements, or general inquiries, please contact us at:

contactcavender@gmail.com

Email allows us to maintain accurate records of communications and respond to inquiries as efficiently as possible. We encourage customers to contact us by email rather than by telephone whenever possible.

11. Additional Sale-Specific Terms

Individual estate sales and auctions may have additional terms governing payment, bidding, buyer's premiums, shipping, pickup, and other procedures. Where applicable, the specific terms published for an individual sale will supplement or take precedence over these general conditions.

We appreciate your business and look forward to seeing you at our upcoming sales!
