This house and workshops are clean and organized and ready for you to come and find some great treasures. There is PLENTY of parking on property behind the home so come on over and bring your bags and boxes to gather all of your great goodies as you once again help us to "liquidate the house"!

Address will go out at 5 am on first day of sale. Closest cross streets are available days in advance so if you choose to wait in a parking lot nearby you can do so. Once you arrive at the property, you MUST stand in line. First come first served. We will no longer be honoring markers. Our employee will arrive at 6AM to give out numbers. Each person may get up to two numbers. Once you receive your number you may leave the line and go back to your car or down the street or wherever you like. Please line up again at 6:45 so we can let people in beginning at 7am.

We no longer accept credit cards for Purchases Under $5. If you wish to make a credit/card purchase for under $5 an Additional service charge of $1 will be accessed.

PLEASE MAKE SURE TO BRING HELP FOR ANY LARGE/HEAVY ITEM. STAFF IS typically not able to help. If needed, take advantage of our delivery service starting at $95 or get contact information from other local movers. 

Grasons is not responsible nor will offer refunds on purchased items you leave behind on hold tables.
