PLEASE NOTE: Pricing and Discounts: We are not able to quote prices over the phone or email. Thank you for your understanding. We MAY DISCOUNT on any given day of the sale but do not expect an automatic 50% discount on the last day. No sale items are to be considered subject to automatic price reductions or discounts. Some items WILL NOT be subject to discounts. This restriction on discounts applies to vehicles, vessels, fine jewelry, case items, items covered under a separate consignment agreement and items stated as "reserved" or "reserved pricing".
If you purchase large items or furniture, you must move them. We do not provide movers or assistance moving your items out of the house. We do not lift, load or move heavy items. You must also bring your own tools, hand truck, etc. We do NOT provide tools. Large items may not be movable until the end of each sale day. Check with us before you purchase. We provide some bags and limited amounts of wrapping. Please bring your own boxes.
