- Be prepared to load and haul away all purchases. Large furniture pickup may need to be scheduled outside of sale hours. We can lend you a furniture dolly.

A: Please prepared to load and haul away all of your purchases. If you need to come back to get your item, we will write you a receipt so you can pick up the item anytime during the sale's open hours. We do not deliver items.

Join us this week for a two-day estate sale in the Oakwood Community of Sun Lakes! Oakwood is a gated community and the entrance is off of Riggs Road and S. Sun Lakes Blvd.This charming home is filled with a wonderful collection of Christmas décor, including Department 56 pieces, along with model trains and train accessories, furniture, décor, vintage finds, tools, and more. A great sale for collectors, resellers, and anyone who loves finding unique pieces for their home!
IMPORTANT INFORMATION – PLEASE READ
- Dates & Times: Friday and Saturday, February 6–7, from 8:30am to 1:30pm daily
- Location: Sun Lakes (near Riggs Rd. and S. Sun Lakes Blvd.; full address released morning of sale)
- Furniture & Large Items: Bring help to move furniture. Some large items may need to be picked up outside of sale hours—please plan accordingly
- Safety: Enter at your own risk. We are not responsible for accidents or injuries
