- Cash and credit cards are accepted.
- We are a licensed company and do collect tax. The combined tax rate for this sale is 6.3%. If you are tax exempt, please bring your exemption certificate.
- Be prepared to load and haul away all purchases. Large furniture pickup may need to be scheduled outside of sale hours. We can lend you a furniture dolly.

Q: If I purchase a large item, how do I handle the pick-up?
A: Please prepared to load and haul away all of your purchases. If you need to come back to get your item, we will write you a receipt so you can pick up the item anytime during the sale's open hours. We do not deliver items.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Dates and Times: Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, June 25th, 26th, and 27th, from 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM daily
Location: In the Cottonwood community of Sun Lakes near Riggs Rd and Alma School Rd (the address will be posted here Thursday morning at 5:30 AM)
Furniture and Large Items: Bring help to move furniture and large purchases. Some items may need to be picked up outside of sale hours; please plan accordingly.
Safety: Enter at your own risk. We are not responsible for accidents or injuries.
Condition of Items: All items are sold AS IS. No refunds or exchanges. Please take the time to inspect and test all items before purchasing.
Packing Materials: Please bring your own boxes, bags, and packing materials.
Sales Tax: 6.3% sales tax will be added to all purchases. If you are tax exempt, please bring a copy of your current Arizona reseller license (TPT). No exceptions.
Payment: Cash and cards accepted. No holds unless paid in full.
First Come, First Served: No pre-sales or early entry. Come early for the best selection.
Parking: Please be respectful of neighbors and do not block driveways, mailboxes, or trash receptacles.
Discount Schedule: Thursday – Full Price, Friday – 25% Off, Saturday – 50% Off
Limited Entry: Due to space constraints within the home, entry will be limited to the first 40 shoppers. Additional shoppers will be admitted as space becomes available. Please be prepared to wait.
