The sale this week is absolutely amazing and truly breath taking from the moment you walk inside this door! Please note there a lot more items than just pictured in photos... This is a multi-million dollar contemporary home with some fantastic decor, art and pieces of furniture! We will have two attractive Pottery Barn chairs for sale right by the entrance, where you may also notice a very contemporary gray leather electric reclining sofa and matching chair with USB plugs included, both just purchased couple years back at Macy's and in showroom - like new condition. The rug in the living room features gray and teal colors, and is also very contemporary. You may notice many lamps purchased at Pottery Barn, Crate & Barrel, Ladlow's, Z Gallerie and other stores and they are all like new as well, similarly to many pieces of contemporary decor, vases, candle pedestals or candles - majority of which were purchased at Pottery Barn. We have all kinds of different lamps, all again in modern contemporary style or Boho, majority of which were purchased at Pottery Barn as well... 

There are about four different bedroom sets for sale in this gorgeous household. All mattresses that are new or like new will be sold separately and what a bargain!!! We'll have a king size bed and mattress by Tuft n Needle Hybrid in the master bedroom, with matching dovetail two night stands and dashing dresser all in great condition in solid dark wood. This is also the room featuring a Peloton bike with mat and any accessories that were sold along it - we will be selling Peloton shoes in Women's size 39 and Men's 42 separately. The bike will include mat, Peloton weights and resistance band with it's price. The excercise room will also feature a basically unused premium quality massage table by Oakworks with different attachments, and multiple sets of different size weights - mostly women's size, including brands like Reebook. 

The other three bedrooms feature mostly full size beds all with like new premium mattresses by Tuft & Needle, Sealy or Thomasville, but one of the bedrooms even has a very contemporary gray color bunk bed - with additional bottom trundle pull out!  The bed has a matching oversized dresser, and matching cream gray and rose petal color furry pillows - for boys and girls! The teal color room has a full size Pottery Barn style bed with a matching solid wood white armoire, a nightstand and turquoise pattern bedding matching the style of the bedroom - all by PB teen. This room will also present a furry turquoise chair - perfect for any tween or teen girl or anyone who would love a pappasan style furry chair!

Please note that the linens, towels and sheet sets in this house are mostly premium quality - such as Pottery Barn, Pottery Barn Teen, Hotel Collection, Charisma or Bamboo sheet sets by Cozy EArth! Most of them are used except for a few brand new ones, but they will last you years and look great! 

The kitchen will present some great pots and pans, by Calphalon and Cuisinart, baking ceramic pans by Pampered Chef, cooking pots by Pampered Chef, multiple chafing dishes, a very heavy Mikasa 18/8 popular patter flatware set, a great knife set with block, a Pottery Barn condiment set on a tray, multiple Wine decorations, great selection of napkins, table coverings, accent pieces, collectible vintage Figi cookie jars and Christmas platters, placemats, and tons of small appliances, such as a 14 cup food processor, Nuwave pressure cooker, 14 cup rice cooker, an induction cooktop, Sur La Table and Williams Sonoma kitchen accessories and platters, Willaims Sonoma brand new Rustic pattern melamine dining plate sets, two Christopher Radko gravy boats and two matching salt and peppers shaker sets, and Lenox Butler's Kitchen entire set and serving dishware including tons of different size plates, mugs, platters, a tureen etc  - all by Lenox Butler's kitchen in very collectible patterns! Please note the wine glassware is extremely collectible as well with multiple Lenox crystal pinot noir glasses - at least 8 of them for sale here, but also Luigi Bormioli, Riedel and Waterford glassware can be all found in the kitchen and dining room area. We will also have plenty of Martini glasses - some crystal by Mikasa with polka dots on them, and some plain.We also have some shakers in all styles and brands, and of course wine openers, and kitchen accessories by the boat!

Since we're talking about barware - we do have a bar for sale! It is by Pottery Barn and it is featured in the game room aka Pool room/Xbox room... The solid bar was purchased just few years back at Pottery Barn for $4,000 as the Lawrence model and will be sold at a small fraction of the price. It is in very nice condition - slightly used, but nice! The exact room will feature many entertaining pieces, such as poker card shot glasses, collectible platters, bowls, etc. We will be selling not only the amazing custom made Olhausen pool table (the original price if built by Olhausen was whopping $9,000 as it has a drawer built in for all of the accessories - and plenty of accessories, balls and cues will be included with this table too!!). We will be accepting offers on the pool table as we understand the moving part of it... The light above the pool table though is for sale too and at a great bargain!! This room also has an Xbox One S for sale with two controllers - all in great working condition. We'll be selling the ping pong table dining table/pool table cover separately - and it is so fun! You can put it on top of any matching size table and play ping pong right inside your house anywhere!

And how much fun we can have on this gorgeous upscale backyard/patio area?... We have an amazing selection of Sunset West patio furniture - quality compared to Frontgate if not better - all in weather resistant aluminum cast... We must admit some of the cushions on certain pieces may be worn, but it will be all priced to sell, and we're in the season! It will be 90F this weekend, so get ready for pool season! The Sunset West dining table with chairs, as well as chaise loungers, another set of swivel chairs, with a round wicker table, as well as multiple end tables and coffee table, and another pair of swivel chairs with ottomans will all be for sale, including additional set of sofas and modular chair all by Sunset West patio furniture - which is intended to last you 25-30 years in Arizona weather - as long as you protect or change the cushions every 5-7 years :) Almost all pieces have their custom covers included in the price as well...

The patio also presents the very sought for Yeti cooler - again like new with a wheel, and on the larger size, a Lifetime patio container, Lifetime basketball hoops - adjustable - and we have two of those (!), two clothing racks, some pots and plants, outdoor lantern decor, metal art, a fireplace cover, and more!

There are great pieces of art inside this multimillion dollar home. There are two different pieces of art by Bruce Baughman from Tubac, AZ. This is an artists who paints on glass and is a true contemporary art find! WE will have two different size abstract art pieces by him, as well two Giclees signed by Viktor Shvaiko - sold in galleries all around the world, and auctioned at Sotheby's... The two pieces we have are rather large and include a 24x48 giclee and 18x36 Artist's Proof, both in custom frames and sold at a bargain to any art collector. We have also just unearthed a set of 1997 lithograph prints by Disney - and they will be sold also, although unframed, however brand new!

This sale may be 25-30 mins South from Central Sottsdale or Paradise Valley area - but it has everything to offer that your home in Scottsdale, Arcadia, Cave Creek or Paradise Valley location needs! Everything has been purchased custom or at fantastic contemporary stores such as Pottery Barn, Neiman Marcus or Z Gallerie and it only needs a new home! Please don't hesitate and just come on by.
