- We are a licensed company and do collect tax. The combined tax rate for this sale is 7.8%. If you are tax exempt, please bring your exemption certificate.
- Be prepared to load and haul away all purchases. Large furniture pickup may need to be scheduled outside of sale hours. We can lend you a furniture dolly.

Join us for an incredible three-day estate sale in the Sunbird Golf Community of Chandler! The sale runs Thursday, August 14 through Saturday, August 16, from 8:30am to 2:00pm daily. This home is packed with antiques, collectibles, original art, signed Native American pieces, sterling and costume jewelry, antique books, rocks and gems, vintage finds (including some MCM!), electronics, tools, furniture, housewares, and more. Every room is brimming with treasures just waiting to be discovered!
Important Info:
- This is a gated community; entrance is off Riggs Rd. and S. Championship Dr.
- The gate will open to shoppers at 8:30 AM each day—no early entry.
- The exact address will be posted the morning of the sale.
- Large furniture pickup may need to be scheduled outside of sale hours.
- Aggressive shoppers will not be tolerated—be courteous to staff and other customers.
- Sales tax of 7.8% will be collected. If you are tax-exempt, please bring a valid reseller’s license.
- Bring your own bags, boxes, or packing material for purchased items.
- All sales are final; no returns, exchanges, or refunds.
- First come, first served—no holds without payment.
