No food, or drinks allowed inside the home.
If there is a line, only a safe number of shoppers will be allowed inside at a time.
Please do not remove tags from items. If you're purchasing an item, staff will provide a hold tag with your name.

Cash accepted (small bills appreciated)
Credit cards accepted with a 3% surcharge (if internet connection is available)
Venmo and Zelle also accepted
Checks accepted only from pre-approved buyers
Sales tax will be applied to all purchases unless valid tax-exempt paperwork is provided

�� Item Handling
Bring your own packing materials, tools, and boxes
Buyers are responsible for moving and loading purchased items
Our team cannot assist with loading or moving

�� Delivery Options
Professional movers are available for hire (separate fee)
Movers may assist with loading into your vehicle for an additional cost
