Masks are required just about anywhere you go in Arizona. I believe that the people that are at most risk, feel safer if others are wearing something over their face. Keep the normal 6 feet of distance, Use your own judgement regarding your own safety.

WE NEVER HAVE A LIST OR GIVE OUT NUMBERS.
First come first serve. We get there to turn on lights, set up my table and
WE OPEN USUALLY 15 MINUTES BEFORE OUR OFFICIAL START TIME.
Always have, always will.
We want to get dealers in and out quickly,
let them make their purchases so they can go on to other sales.
Not that they are more important but because they are in a big hurry.

Credit/debit card use reserved FOR PURCHASES OVER $30. ONLY
3% service charge on all credit/debit card use OVER $100

WE KINDLY ASK...
No large purses or backpacks
No rowdy children (or they will get an expresso and a small puppy)
No pets
No public bathroom
As a company we have to charge sales tax according to the state of Arizona.
Resellers must fill out a form and show a copy of their resale license
All sales are final and sold as is.
No refunds, exchanges or merchandise guarantees. Plug it in before buying
Please respect the home inside and out as you are a guest here.
Please do not block any driveways. Neighbors get angry.
We are not responsible for accidents or injuries while on the premise.
Please watch your step at all times.
You are responsible for removal of items you purchase.
Please arrange for help to remove those items. We’re old, can’t help.
Please bring your own boxes, tape and wrapping paper.
Items purchased must be removed before 12 noon on the last day of sale.
All merchandise must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We do not hold items that are not paid for.
If there are fruit trees on the premise, we kindly ask no picking fruit. It looks better in pictures while you are trying to sell a home.
