We accept cash and credit cards. Please bring help for any large items that you wish to purchase for moving assistance. We are not responsible for any accidents or personal injury when you are on or off the estate sale site, so please be careful when pulling in and exiting as well as the tight areas for parking and watch your step around the property. Also, please do not block the roadway or neighbor driveways in any manner. There is street parking only available.

So many items you have to see this one!!  Lots of collectibles, books, furniture, clothes, pictures, décor, Christmas and some really nice antique items too.  3 big days for this sale because there is so much.  Thursday, (18th) will be 7 am to 12 pm.  Friday and Saturday (19th & 20th) are 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.  Discounts will be on last day. 

We have two bedroom sets full/queen, two matching sofa and chairs, lots of dining room chairs, two dining room table and chair sets, collectible glass items, collectible model trucks-tanks-army etc. plus so very much more.  We are still staging the home at this time for the sale and I will try to add more pictures as they come available, but I am sure you can see from the pictures currently posted that there is so very much to look at.  Some very nice designer clothes are also available at this sale too.
