We accept cash and credit cards. Please bring help for any large items that you wish to purchase for moving assistance. We are not responsible for any accidents or personal injury when you are on or off the estate sale site, so please be careful when pulling in and exiting as well as the tight areas for parking and watch your step around the property. Also, please do not block the roadway or neighbor driveways in any manner. There is on street parking available. Please use caution when walking around the property and keep the social distancing in mind and respect others on the site.
Large home packed full with lots of items from furniture, outdoor patio items, kitchen items, toys, antiques, refrigerator, queen size storage drawer bedroom set, king size bedroom set, lots of craft items, books and children books, sewing items (some extremely beautiful laces, and custom fabrics), sporting goods, decor items and pictures/wall art. There is costume jewelry, plus some music instrument accessories too. There is a dual electric recliner, large square family style dining room table, canopy/tent, ex-large fabric cutting mat, scooters, nice curio cabinet as well as holiday decor items and costumes.
Fountain Hills is also having its semi-annual craft fair this weekend so if you up and about - drop by as you never know what you will find. If you are a crafter or looking for fun things for your kids to do - well, there are a lot of great project kits and books to keep them busy.
