Fountain Hills 4000 Sq Ft HUGE Estate Sale 50% off on Saturday. :)

We're back in Fountain Hills this week and what a beautiful estate we have for you!!! The house is absolutely breath-taking with 180 degree Mountain and Valley views overlooking half of the Fountain Hills area! This is one of the biggest estate sales we have ever prepared, and you will not be disappointed with either quantity or quality of items here. It's an almost 4,000 sq ft house with rooms filled floor to ceiling with collectible items, collectible glass, jewelry, vintage clothing, designer handbags, patio art and EXTRAVAGANT furniture and so much more!

Starting with the glass... We have some amazing pieces of Viking, Fenton and Fostoria glass, L.E. Smith, Moon & Stars collection in different colors, including green and red, pink depression glass, carnival glass, Bohemian clear cut glass vases, pitchers and glasses, Fostoria glass in all shape and form, as well as plenty of etched crystal and glass including some vintage and antique pieces, plus of course a great selection of Waterford glassware - vintage Alana pattern. We also have Lefton porcelain, Limoges small trinkets, NAO vintage porcelain figures, vintage Pier 1 and Sur La Table retired pattern bowls, plates, Pioneer Woman pieces - such as plates, the cow creamer, kitchen decor, and other items. We don't stop there - as the kitchen will take you through decades of collecting roosters - and so we have Talavera roosters, real feather roosters, handcrafted chickens, glazed pottery roosters and chickens, as well as vintage cast iron roosters - a pair at that! The kitchen area will also present useful and practical items such as KitchenAid standing mixer, All Clad griddle pan, among other pots and pans, Wolfgang Puck knife set, Le Creuset cusine France Sabatier knife set with block (we also have a set of 4 white Le Creuset ramekins), 5 different flatware sets, including OneidaCraft and Italian Inox, a set of circular motion spices on a carousel, brand new kitchen towels, rooster plates among other collectible dishes, Limoges & Pfaltzgraff gravy boats, kissing Harley couple that is also Salt and Pepper shaker, complete Pfaltzgraff ceramic dining set, Rooster hutch and shelf, cute round inlaid extraordinary kitchen table, wood and leather chairs, tons of table coverings and tableware, and so much more!

The furniture in this household is top notch! We have Robb & Stucky like new glass top and wrought iron base table and chairs with great cushions - chairs are on wheels too! The set cost our lovely couple over six thousands dollars, and we'll be asking a very small percentage of that naturally! The patio does hold multiple wrought iron and cast iron sets and accent chairs - but the pride and joy of this house is still in like new condition a set by Tommy Bahama with beautiful 4 chais - 2 are swivel, and a large round table - again the retail sticker around $9,000 will be sold for an incredible very small fracture of that! There are also multiple cane and hickory or cane and mahogany chairs present throughout the house - take your pick as they'll be priced to sell! We also have a very collectible, protected by a custom glass top cover mahogany inlaid game table by Baker Furniture company with carved lion paw legs - very cool and looking for a new home! All the sofas are in amazing condition or like new - with upholstery either like new or in excellent shape... We have a Queen and King bedroom sets, burl dresser, vanity stools, chairs, mirrors, as well as gold flaked heavy vintage mirror, and multiple pieces of traditional and Italian Renessaince art around the house - most are reproductions or prints, but very much attractive, and many of them are accompanied by custom framing. 

The patio furniture is also present here - with wrought iron patio set with glass top table and iron chairs and like new cushions, cast iron vintage bistro set with 2 chairs, teak and iron accent chairs, as well as bamboo and cushion sofa, another vintage cast iron set, and one more wrought iron with 4 chairs... We have metal artwork, concrete statues, beautiful pots and pottery, Soleri bell, very large wall clock and large pieces of southwestern patio art, statues, talavera pots and planters, and so much more! This patio is rather narrow and divided into 3 different areas around the pool and multiple step balcony - but so worth to visit!

The vintage clothing and designer purses are more than worth mentioning as we literally have thousands of clothing pieces here... Many of them are women's but we do have some for men as well, including belts with pewter or southwestern style belts, Harley Davidson sweaters, many pieces by Ralph Lauren, Calvin Klein, etc. The designer purses and handbags include B. Makowsky, Brahmin, Coach, Brighton, Calvin Klein, Anne Klein, Laurel Burch, Botkier - and many, many more... We have designer boots and shoes too - many by Coach, Uggs, Justin, Donald Pliner, among others... Even some of the costume jewelry is designer - and we do have hundreds of costume jewelry pieces here... And of course - we do have some designer belts, and cosmetics, plus some perfume and perfume bottles...

The vintage items in this amazing household include hurricane lamps, some in Gone With The Wind style, some just milk glass (Fenton) or vintage brass student lamps, some are brass, and some are newer, but in traditional style... the vintage items also will include a turtle BOJ Eibar turtle service bell - made in Spain, vintage Lalique platter, Fitz and Floyd Vintage "Christmas lodge" very large cookie jar, Hollywood Regency gold and glass wall cast iron candle scones, vintage two different brass and wood oversized quilt and blanket/throw displays, vintage and antique quilts and crochet blankets, handmade wall coverings, vintage Afghans among other items...

Even the garage holds treasures - as we have multiple appliances and kitchen items still new - unopened in box - such as buffet servers, Ice Cream Makers by Cuisinart, KitchenAid Mixer or grinder attachments, Philips AirFryer, FoodSaver, Triple Crockpot, Chafing Dishes and more... The garage area will also feature a jiffy J-2 great condition steamer and Kirby vacuum. Needless to mention, there are plenty of decor here - mostly for St. Patrick's Day, Christmas, Easter and Halloween. Garage also showcases some Bridge collectibles, trays, instructions, games, manuals, etc. We also hold tons of amazing baking pans here - many like new, Pyrex dishes in different colors, Tupperware, hundreds of auto moto and cleaning supplies, Sterilite storage bins, vintage luggage and some tools...

This sale has so many unique and extravagant items - you simply must visit! The house is so packed, we've been here for days if not weeks, and still discovering items hidden out of sight every minute! It's a must-see and must shop this Thursday, Friday and Saturday!Please note we don't even have all the items in the photos- because the house is so full and many of the furniture pieces and cabinets were absolutely packed with no room to display elsewhere... It's a collection of close to a hundred years lifetime for the lovely owners, who decided to move and downsize, so please come and find your vintage or not so vintage treasure!
