This will be a fantastic estate sale just in time to spoil yourself before the holidays! This home will present the most exquisite handmade rugs, furniture, art and more! The oversized rug hanging along the mantel wall is handmade by Navajo tribe, and can make a statement in any household! The other rugs are all Persian, but also handmade - the sizes will be available prior to the sale. The living room also presents some amazing pieces, such as a custom leather sectional, a Hancock & Moore studded chair with matching ottoman in burgundy, a custom solid wood coffee table and matching side tables, Southwestern pottery and a great about 48 inches tall Native Bronze statue by Jim Davidson, acquired in Las Vegas art gallery years ago.
The patio furniture will not dissapoint either, where you may find many pieces by Brown Jordan. We'll have two Brown Jordan chaise loungers with cushions, as well as a complete dining set with a table and 6 chairs, as well as additional 2 Brown Jordan swivel chairs with cushions. There are also patio heaters, a Soleri bell, a metal sculpted rattlesnake statue, and more!
The master bedroom set consists of solid wood pieces made by Milling Road Furniture. It's a company based on the East Coast, who makes some of the finest and most reliable solid wood pieces - here we will have an absolutely gorgeous King size bed frame in veneer Italian wood, consisting of a sleigh headboard with inlay, and matching footboard and side solid wood rails. We will be selling the Milling Road furniture matching end tables as well, plus the accent table in the middle of the room as well. We will have some accent chairs for sale in two different rooms by Henredon Acquisitions as well.
The kitchen presents some iron and saddle leather bar chairs - by far some of the finest we've ever had for sale! The kitchen has plenty of decor, and amazing dish sets, such as three Fiesta sets - plates, bowls, platters, and more. There are cast iron Halloween pumpkins for sale here, as well as a wrought iron hand painted turtle, Navajo weaved basket, a Mayan calendar bowl and more!
The garage will have some Christmas items, such as two pre-lit Christmas trees, some Christmas decor and accessories, Stiga like new Ping Pong table with net, plenty of golf shoes for both - women and men and golf accessories as well. There are some tools, two different size ladders - one by Little Giant and one by Werner.
