This weekend we will present you another fabulous estate sale - this time in the heart of Fountain Hills! This 1.5 mln dollar home features amazing views, and will not dissapoint with high quality of furniture, decor and accessories inside! Most of the pieces are like new or new. We will have multiple bed sets for sale - majority of them in King or Queen size, plus two like new bunk beds with plush great condition mattresses. Please note all the luxurious bedding will be available for sale as well, including Kate Spade and other department store brands.
There is an excellent condition pool table for sale here, with some cues and accessory wall unit. We will be selling all the living room and dining furniture, decor and accessories as well, including gray fabric sectional reminiscing CB2 lines, Amish wood coffee table and low profile entertainment center unit. There are many more Amish pieces throughout the house - and all will be available for purchase. Please note they are all carefully hand crafted, made of solid wood, dovetail, and on the heavy side so please bring help to move any of them. We will be selling Amish Deluxe Mission headboard and frame in Queen size, as well as the nightstand, wardrobe/armoire, chest of drawers, dresser, and more...
We will have a selection of electronics, such as Sharp speakers, plenty of contemporary artistic custom frame photos, signed by the photographer - limited editions only... We have some great quality wool rugs for sale here, as well, including a Karastan and Bokhara Persian rugs, handmade and in great condition! The dining table featured in this home is very contemporary, and is accompanied by 6 contemporary gray fabric studded chairs.
The patio furniture selection is outstanding! We will be selling four wicker rockers - all like new with like new cushions! We will also have four lounge chairs available with stunning deep blue sea color cushions. There will be a set of Cast Classics swivel chairs for sale, with a small table, as well as a sofa with matching deep seat chairs and a table by the same brand. We will also have a dining set available for sale here - with a table and eight Cast Classics chairs - all cushions like new again here... The grill outside is in great condition and we are selling it too at an amazing price!
Please note the kitchen showcases some quality pieces as well, including Cuisinart four slice toaster, Cuisinart Coffee maker and blender, Tramontina pots and pans, like new contemporary white dish set, quality flatware, Kitchenaid mixer, grilling accessories, heavy solid wood cutting board, like new glassware, and so much more!
