All items sold in As-Is condition without warranty. You must remove purchased items without causing any damage to home and property. Bring help to load. Priced to sell! Emptying a man’s shop. Tool boxes, shelves, metal cabinets, hand tools, drills, lots of screws and bolts, electrical cords, holiday items, hard hats. Lots and lots to see. This is a sale held in the back yard between two homes. Rain or shine ! Be aware that Saturday is Gilbert Days and you would need to avoid the road closures so come on Thurs or Friday instead. No yard art is for sale (she has a lot of it)
