This sale is in a gorgeous two story house with pool. At the owners request, we will not be allowing young children to attend this sale. Please watch your step going up and down stairs as the last step blends in with the wood floor.

Owner is still living in house and a few drawers and cabinets are masked off. Please read signs and do not enter rooms that have a do not enter sign.

This sale will be well attended and a hold table is at the entrance. Please use a sticky and write your name and place on top of your items.

The house and garage is loaded so we may need to limit the number of people entering and thank you ahead of time for your patience.

Receipt of purchase will need to be shown upon exiting. You will be asked to place large bags and back packs on hold table. Open boxes and baskets are acceptable.

All purchased items will need to be removed from the house by the end of Sunday's Sale. Holds require a deposit and are non refundable.

Unfortunately we do not have anyone at this sale who can help move merchandise to your car or truck so please bring manpower for large purchases.
