Jewelry will not be kept on property at night. There is a locked gate, security cameras, and guards.
Gate to property will be locked until 8:50 AM. Please park on large asphalt area outside of gate. People with disabled card placards or plates may park up by the house when the gate opens as long as space is available. For the early birds, EACH PERSON must take a numbered sticker attached to the gate. When the gates open you will have to walk up the lane to the house. This is a rural property with gravel, an uneven walking area, even holes from rabbits. PLEASE WATCH WHERE YOU ARE WALKING!! By attending this sale you are agreeing you are solely responsible for any accidents or falls. There will be a shaded area to wait in line. You may bring a chair to sit in while you wait—there will be a safe corner for you to stash it while you shop. There are 3 steps into the house.
Only 4 people will be allowed in at a time due to the small space. Please be prepared for the heat—bring water, and dress in cool clothing.
