We cannot answer phone calls during the sale, nor will we give out pricing info over the phone or via email, except for vehicle information. You are welcome to bring any appraiser to any sale before purchase. You may test any gold item with an electronic tester only. You MAY NOT use a scratch/chemical test on any item. ALL ITEMS AS IS/WHERE IS. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. We no longer can accept American Express or Paypal credit cards, effective immediately. Due to recent Credit card company rule changes, all jewelry is Cash/Debit card only. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Off to Trilogy this week for a nice little sale! This one has jewelry, small furniture pieces, patio furniture, garage items, tools, the normal decor fare and lots of smalls in every color scheme!
Please read entry instructions below:
From Queen Creek Rd, turn south onto S Ranch House Parkway. Go to the guard shack. Tell them you are coming to the estate sale. He will give you a piece of paper with the secondary gate code on it. (The code is 51690, and will ONLY be active during the sale hours)
Turn right on S Village Parkway, and you will see the second gate. Stop and put the temporary code into the code box. Follow around to E Nightingale Lane and turn left. Follow to address on the south side of the street.
