Aug 24th (Sat): 8am - 2pm | 20% off select items

Aug 25th (Sun): 8am - 2pm | 30% off most items

Address will be released Friday at 7am. Closest cross streets are available days in advance so if you choose to wait in a parking lot nearby you can do so. You may place a "marker" at the property but you must stay on or near property. A Grasons crew member will begin sign up at 6:45am. Please make sure you are in line so we can let people in.
