A: Please prepared to load and haul away all of your purchases. If you need to come back to get your item, we will write you a receipt so you can pick up the item anytime during the sale's open hours. We do not deliver items.

Join us for an amazing Glendale estate sale this Thursday, Friday & Saturday (2/19–2/21) from 8:30 AM–1:30 PM each day. This sale is packed with quality furnishings, vintage and MCM gems, tools, household essentials, décor, jewelry, and unique collectibles! • Dates & Times: Thurs, Fri, and Sat, February 19–21, from 8:30am to 1:30pm daily
• Location: Glendale (near 59th Ave and Thunderbird; the full address will be released the morning of the sale)
• Furniture & Large Items: Bring help to move furniture. Some large items may need to be picked up outside of sale hours—please plan accordingly
• Safety: Enter at your own risk. We are not responsible for accidents or injuries
• Condition of Items: All items are sold AS IS. No refunds or exchanges
• Packing Materials: Bring your own boxes, bags, and packing materials
