This is a great estate sale and the theme you may find in many of the rooms is going to be MCM - many, if not most of the art pieces are from 1940's-1950's and 1960's except for some original paintings dating to late 1800's or early 1900's as well as 1920's art deco era... We'll have original oil painintgs, watercolor originals, as well as a number of Kinkade prints with custom frames and authenticity certificates, Carol Blish prints from the 60's, Laura Nevin "Cardinals" low number print, 3D MCM handpainted 3d art on glass, among tons of other vintage prints, many acquired abroad in Egypt, Italy or Germany as the family traveled frequently.

If you can imagine a person moving from the Eastern Europe back in 1958 and immigrating into United States, and imagine the finds and collectibles they have had acquired over the years, or brought with them this is the house! Tons of MCM barware, such as shot measuring and drink making gavel, MCM glassware, vintage coke glasses, Mickey Mouse pyrex set, tons of vintage decanters.... 1950's kids know how to party! The entertaining items in this house are on the next level as you may see in the pictures. We have tons of great appliances and kitchen goodies! The Ninja Creami, Kitchenaid Professional, multiple Cuisinart processors, hand blenders, Ninja cooking systems, Crockpots, Air fryers and slow cookers will be all for sale and many in great condition. The ones well loved will be sold at heavy discount. The kitchen represents two colors - white and red and there are so many beautiful collectibles here! From Temptations Red Doodle Doo Dinnerware set, to white and red trim Corelle set, to like new Red Keurig 2.0 coffee maker, to Williams Sonoma coffee cups, to brand new red pasta bowls, to multiple Starbucks and Williams Sonoma glass cups and coffee cups, to fishing reel set of salt and pepper grinders... It's a cool and such unique kitchen! If you love roosters, or red and white combinations or just red in your kitchen - you will fall in love! Red and white is everywhere here, from utensils, to roosters decor, to small plates, to soup cups, to bowls, coffee cups, cooking accessories, kitchen towels, placemats and napkins... We even have a rooster art - a piece made in clay, hand painted and signed by Juan Jose Medrano - about 12" tall. There's also a fair amount of vintage items in the kitchen, such as 1950's Shafford Cat teapot, colorful vintage footed dessert bowls, vintage pyrex, vintage corning ware, Anchor Hocking and so much more! The kitchen is definitely a perfect spot to shop!!!

The master bedroom presents a great collection of mostly men's clothing... There are tons of amazing shirts and jackets by LL Bean, Tommy Bahama, J. Crew and similar designers. Most clothing is in XL or XXL size. The pants and shorts are size 46. There will be tons of stylish shoes, cowboy boots, belts, ties, perfume, after shave and cosmetics - all for men! The master bedroom also represents the great mid century furniture pieces - such as the end tables, as well as the coffee table with foldable legs. Please note that most of the furniture in this household was made very well and has been kept in good to very good condition - we'll have brands such as Drexel and White Fine Furniture among others - and those represent pieces like the Dining buffet, end tables, corner tables, consoles with drawers, oversized dressers with mirror, etc. The bed and some of the end tables are also straight from the 60's... Amazing condition though!

Please know that majority of this house was amazingly organized and the organizing bins will be all for sale too! They are so stylish with different designs on many of them! 

The patio will hold different patio furniture pieces, including wicker furniture, and metal long lasting patio furniture - all sold at a very attractive sticker price! We'll have some planters there, as well as patio decor, metal art, chimes, small sculptures, cushions, a grill and a swing, stained glass butterflies, rocking chair, among other items...

This was also a house where people used to saw and craft... a lot! We have 5 sawing machines for sale! Many singer, one newer one for quilters, tons of sawing/crocheting/needlepoint/knitting and quilting supplies too! We have many knitting needles especially! But also vintage needles for singer sawing machines! Some fabric, wooden and plastic thread spools and a vintage wooden unfolding sawing box is here! The crafts and sawing are true gems of this household and there's lots of them!

Please don't forget about the garage! We have tools - hand tools, some small power tools, tool boxes and chests... The garage has a Maytag refridgerator and Hisense freezer for sale. There are tons of cleaning supplies, and even newer vacuums and cleaning systems. An absolute load of vintage Christmas ornaments, Mr. Christmas items, etc are present there too. Please note that it is the garage that holds majority of the vintage games found in this household and are those collectible!!! The most precious two we have are going to be found in the case by the register - and those are basically complete 1935 Monopoly - First Edition - with the board (!!!) and 1949 Clue - close to complete and also with its rare game board!

There will be some jewelry and watches available at this household as well. We will have a few 14k gold pieces, some sterling jewelry, as well as tons of costume jewelry, and vintage watches - for both men and women. This house also presents a nice collection of books, dvds and cds, as well as audio cassettes and VHS... 

We will also be selling some World War II collectibles, such as 1941 German Wehrmacht belt buckles with original leather pieces, German WWII bayonet, Uniform buttons, WWII medals, and so much more! It's a collector's paradise...
