This homeowner has a passion for photography, including vintage photography equipment. Video and film equipment, much of it vintage, is available just off site, within a few miles. There is a print dryer, projector, as well as a vintage enlarger in the home. You will find many tripods and a lighting set-up. Also, there is fantastic framed aviation artwork, some of which is signed by the pilots who flew the jet fighters.

A large mission-style dining table and hutch is available (see photos). There are two bedroom sets -- one set includes king bed, scrolled headboard and footboard, matching side tables, dresser and hutch. The other is more refined with two side bookcases and bridge. There are many, many books to choose from.

There is a large curio cabinet, futon, household goods, Southwestern and other artwork, small keyboard/piano, red leather sofa, black leather sofa, children's dressers, children's clothing and costumes, large oak entertainment cabinets with plenty of storage X 2. Tools include a router, circular saw, scroll saw, hand tools. There is a portable A/C unit, tall cedar chest, shelving units and other miscellaneous garage items.

The office furniture is unique glass by Dialine, including a five-piece desk and long rectangle table. There is a doll collection and also five Lladros.
