There are many, many more items not noted or photographed. Everything is priced to sell. We'd be happy to answer any questions prior to the sale. Please do not call for pricing, as we are pricing up to the day of the sale. Dealers and resellers always welcome. Pebblecreek is very strict with blocking driveways and mailboxes. Pebblecreek is guard gated but it is easy to get in. You must enter Pebblecreek at the guard gate from Pebblecreek Parkway. It is possible GPS will take you to an exit/entrance where you can not gain access. Do not try to follow anyone in or the gate will hit your car. Please text or call with any questions. We don't allow pre-sales and give pricing over the phone. Please keep in mind we are usually pricing up to the day of the sale and adding photos as we go.
