Pebblecreek is guard gated but it is easy to get in. Please text or call with any questions. We don't allow pre-sales or give pricing over the phone. Please do not block driveways or mail boxes. Pebblecreek is very strict with blocking driveways and mailboxes. There are many, many more items not noted or photographed. Everything is priced to sell. We'd be happy to answer any questions prior to the sale. Dealers and resellers always welcome. You must enter community from Pebblecreek Pkwy and check in with guard. GPS is incorrect. Do not attempt to enter community from any other gates. Please note the guard will not let you in the community until 9:45am. Sales begin at 10:00am.
