Welcome to Grasons of Southern Arizona official Live Auctioneer Bidding Platform. Grasons auctions include a variety of items, with each auction published from our offices/storage location. (Bidding starts at $5, unless we have placed a reserve on something of great value. Recycle, reuse, repurpose, starts here.) In accordance with Live Auctioneers policies each item has a reserve and a value estimation.
A 15% flat buyers premium will be added to all checkout totals, plus city and state sales tax at the rate of 8.7%, in accordance with Arizona State Law. Auction closing will begin on Fridays, at 4:00 PM.
Before placing a bid please know bidding is an agreement to purchase the lot/lots you have bid on. Bidders who default on their bids and payments are subject to having their bidding privileges revoked from our platform.
Refund and Return Policy: Here at Grasons we believe strongly in the accurate description of all items in our auctions. We do our best to note all scuffs, blemishes, damage, and wear. As with almost all antiques, vintage pieces, and used items, some amount of use is expected. We uphold the same standard with our measurements and dimensions, but some are approximated. We refer to this standard when dealing with refund and return requests, if the item has clear pictures or notes of the damage, your refund request will more than likely be revoked. Grasons does not guarantee the working order of any electronics or mechanical devices. We will test certain products upon request.
Pick up policy: Customers interested in picking up their won items locally may do so from our the house the auction is located. Address will be resent with invoices upon auction completion. We will have a one day pick-up period the week following the Auctions close. A link for a schedule sign up will also be provided with your invoice (through signupgenius). We ask all customers picking their items up via in person use this sign up link so we may plan accordingly. We also ask that you bring your own boxes, wrapping paper, and loading assistance. Our employees are available to load for a fee determined by the quantity of items and their size. All items won will be brought outside of the home for customers to load, no entry will be permitted into the Home.
Payments, Clerking, & Invoices: All invoices are subject to Arizona sales tax and a 15% Buyers Premium. The premium allows the auctioneer to cover the costs of conducting our services.
