Description & Details

What an amazing sale we have had so far! We are now in our final day. We will have large discounts on items inside the home, the barn and shop. Bring your truck and trailer, load up with some great deals! Most of the vehicles have sold, but there is plenty more to be had!

This sale takes us out to a large farming property in Litchfield Park, near the Wildlife World Zoo. The property is full of small tractors (some working, some not) farming equipment, trailers, golf carts, barns full of tools and supplies, rodeo drags, welders, compressors, tires...you name it. Though it is not running, and needs a full restoration, we have a 1927 Farmall tractor just begging for new life. As you are aware, the 1927 has significant history, as this was the first production year with both Sohner family members working at the Farmall factory when the tractor was built.

We have rodeo arena drags, seeders, disc plows, fencing, trailers....everything for a small farm.

The 1000 square foot workshop has tons of tools, welders, compressors, drill presses, chop saws, radial saws, bench sanders,

Now, lets not forget the other "stuff" at the home! There are small pieces from the old country days, rusty decor, wagons, cradles, ox yokes, kettles, crocks, vintage radios, vintage Victrola's, antique Edison Cylinder record player with multiple cylinders, yard bells, irons, Accordions, original artwork,....too many antiques items to mention. There are Native American Squash Bloom necklaces, including an important piece by Andrew Dewa (passed in 2001), Zuni Artisan.

Inside the home, we have furniture, antique cabinets, sewing supplies, Native American, a pool table, vintage "old Saloon" bar stools, (as well as the whole bar, you remove) Vintage bar signs, western decor, books, shelving and appliances.

Please do not enter the gated area until we open it. Doors open promptly at 8am. Most farm and vehicle items will be "make an offer" or leave a bid on one piece or all. Bundle specials readily available! You will need to arrange your own removal of large items. Please wear sturdy shoes to walk the area, flip flops or sandals will not be allowed on the property for safety reasons.

HAVE FUN!
