We Accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard and Discover AMEX. PLEASE NOTE: We Do Charge Additional Fees 5% for the use of Credit Cards . Credit Cards will only be Accepted with PURCHASES $50.00 OR GREATER. Otherwise, please bring CASH. Once an Item is paid in full, we ask that you pick up your items by 12 pm on Sunday. Please inspect your purchases, we do not give refunds or allow returns or exchanges of any kind once you have left the property. All items are sold "AS IS"/"WHERE IS". No returns, exchanges or merchandise guarantees. Please respect the home and the property and Do Not block driveways, this includes neighbors driveways. Enter at your own risk; we are not responsible for accidents and injuries. We will try to answer questions regarding items, but are NOT ABLE TO GIVE OUT PRICING INFO.
Bring your own bags and boxes we do not supply packing materials, we cannot help loading heavy items. No bags or boxes permitted in the sale.
We charge sales tax on all items, unless you supply a copy of your resale tax id.
