We do our best to update photos prior to the first sale day, there are circumstances such as presale and family members removing items last minute which can impact availability of items. Important Final Hour Rules:
- The house will close briefly from 11:55am - 12:05pm before the final hour and reopen for 90% off
- All 50% off shoppers must checkout prior to 11:55am
- All shoppers must exit during the reset
- Hold tables will be cleared! No piles, no holds, no saving items between 50% off time and 90% off time
- First come, first served β no exceptions. An entrance line will be formed out front, no sign ups.
- Not all items will be 90% off, subject to our contracts with the estate for reserve items, fine jewelry, firearms, vehicles, etc.
This process ensures equal and fair opportunities for everyone and allows us to efficiently clear the home.
