Day One. We will give numbers at 7:30 am. The house has sold and the new buyers want to purchase some items; therefore, I have given them the number One.
Day Two, We begin at 8:00 am sharp
At my sales, all family members take money , therefore, no waiting in line to pay. They also negotiate although the second day we will have 50 % off below $50 and 30% off $51 and up.
We do not charge sales tax according to City of Mesa regulations for family involved sales.

The owner's three daughters have prepared the home for sale, and it just sold!! Therefore, everything goes. The lovely two bedroom, two bath home with Arizona Room has an interesting patio and landscaping. We will use the garage and every room for the sale.

The car was sold by the family.
As you have learned, I always involve families in my sales and they allow me to place and price items. The three daughters have been delightful and it has been a pleasure preparing this sale. I will assist them in the negotiations.
BUT for those who attended the Cowboy Ben Johnson sale on Jan 12-13, I apologize. The grand neices were very sentimental and wanted people to have and enjoy their uncles treasures; therefore they took over the sale. I had very little input with pricing, placement, photo, etc In fact, I was asked to stay outside on the first day to "direct traffic". This is the first time in more than 400 sales that this has happened. I felt really sorry for those of you who looked and left emptyhanded. This WILL NOT happen at this Sunland Village sale. See you there. The AZ Wardobe Lady motto is WE ARE HERE TO SELL-NOT KEEP.
