Majority of the items being sold are used. We attempt to obtain as much information as possible for you, our customers. However, we are not responsible for any defects or condition of items. Please inspect all items and ask questions.

Now for some of the nitty gritty and verbiage to protect ourselves and each other :-) 

We will have customers enter through the garage, shop through the house and exit the front door to avoid "traffic jams" in certain areas.  Although we have always taken pride to make sure all items are cleaned, and staged for your shopping experience and maintain this through out the sale, our staff will be taking extra steps to disinfect and maintain a safe experience.  However, even with our due diligence, there is always a possibility of coming in contact with the virus.  We can not be held responsible and as a customer you hold us harmless of any and all instances that may arise from attending our sales.
