You are welcome to bring any appraiser to any sale before purchase. You may test any gold item with an electronic tester only. This 1.5 million dollar beauty is just stunning! Deep in the heart of Las Sendas of Mesa, the offerings for this sale are both high end and pure perfection. Please, please read the instructions for entry at the bottom of the listing.

Starting at the expansive foyer, you will find not one, not two, but four matching oversized Parker Home recliner chairs. This conversation area is adorned with gorgeous Travertine coffee and end tables, along side tasteful decor accents.

Moving into the living area, you are greeted with a fabulous W. Schillig 8-piece sectional sofa. All of the pieces can be removed or rearranged to suit your space. Art glass can be located in several areas, as well as large steel decor and original artwork.

There are several custom crafted bedroom sets (King and 2 XL twins) and a brand new lift chair with all the bells and whistles rounds out the bedrooms. A custom made copper and saguaro cactus wood valance is 11 feet long and will adorn your largest window. Two "Ottoman" style sleeper beds are also available.

The art glass is well noted with Murano, Kaptur, Makoro and Bless. Original artwork by Russell, Kunz and Fredrickson adorns the walls. Utttermost Slate and Cooper table lamps adorn the custom crated bedroom tables.

Saguaro skeletons and live edge teak tables are just around the corner.

BUT, the most unusual items are yet to come. Our clients attended many, many galas and costume balls. The closet is filled with high quality costumes, hats, formal ware and accessories. These are custom made items and ready for your next gala! Kentucky Derby hats can be found, as well as pure silk scarves.

The garage area has tools and more costume/ gala items. There is Hollywood Regency style lighting, solar lights, led lights and recessed lighting. A Hitachi table saw and Ridgid hand tools are available, as well as Brookstone garden tools.
